The copper tungsten round rod is ground to achieve the precise shape and size, meets American Welding Society RWMA Class 10 specifications, and has a precision tolerance. Copper tungsten provides high wear resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance.Copper tungsten is a high-strength composite of two metals: 70/30 copper tungsten. It combines the benefits of conductivity of copper with the heat and wear resistance of tungsten.Tensile strength, used to indicate the material's overall strength, is the peak stress it can withstand before it breaks. Corrosion resistance describes the material's ability to prevent deterioration caused by atmosphere, moisture, or other medium. Wear resistance indicates the ability to prevent surface damage caused by contact with other surfaces. Hardness (commonly measured as indentation hardness) describes its resistance to permanent surface deformation.Our copper tungsten products can be widely used for EDM Welding, Electrical Resistance Welding and other electrode applications.
